just tried to call and when the guy answered I asked how he was doing and he said “slow” and hung up on me. I called back and when he realized it was the same person calling back, handed the phone to someone else. I asked why that guy hung up on me he said “we didn’t hang up on anyone, no one called”. And I asked if I could bring my car in he said they’re closing in an hour and a half. Ok?? So you stop taking people simply because you don’t feel like working anymore?? I didn’t need my car today, I would have dropped it off, which is what I’ve done every time I’ve come here. I work in retail and it’s honestly getting so exhausting how people treat others. I’ve been here before and the service was ok nothing crazy but also did make me feel uncomfortable another time I went. I just told myself everyone has off days. Just be kind to people. You have no idea what someone else is going through. Won’t be back doubt they care.

Went to him multiple times and it was fine. The last time he told me I needed to do my struts soon and I told him when I was ready I would bring it back he said ok it would be 450. I bc called to take it back and all of sudden he said 1400 🤯🤯 very disappointed Edit: had my car taken to Hyaundai due to them letting me know he did not fix what he said he did. I gave him a chance to make it right he denied doing the work due to this review. I offered to bring the receipt and he got nasty with me. He has been reported to the BBB and apparently they are under investigation for fraud. Beware!!

Great experience! The mechanic was very honest, took the time to check everything carefully, explained the situation clearly, and didn’t try to overcharge me. They were kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely come back. Highly recommended
